Hello, I’m Adrian Close, and I’m deeply passionate about helping leaders create positive, productive, and respectful workplace cultures. With a career shaped by a commitment to authentic leadership and transformative management training, I believe in leading by example and empowering others to lead with integrity, empathy, and confidence.
As a leadership development consultant, my work centers around human-centered leadership - guiding executives and senior teams to build psychologically safe environments, develop strong interpersonal skills, and create workplace cultures where individuals can thrive.
I draw on years of experience in leadership coaching, workplace culture transformation, and strategic organisational development.
