Outside the training room, I’m a husband and a proud dad of two.

My family keeps me grounded, motivated, and constantly learning about patience, communication, and what really matters - lessons that, funnily enough, often find their way into my courses too.

I’m also an adventurer and mountain lover. I’ve climbed peaks across the UK and beyond, including Mount Kilimanjaro in Tanzania, an experience that taught me more about teamwork, resilience, and leadership under pressure than any textbook ever could.

There’s something powerful about challenging yourself in nature - it strips away hierarchy and brings out the best in people. That same philosophy shapes the outdoor and retreat elements of my leadership training.

Giving Back and Guiding Others

When I’m not training corporate teams, I volunteer my time to take young people into the Peak District, helping them work towards their Duke of Edinburgh Awards.

It’s one of the most rewarding things I do - supporting them as they build confidence, learn responsibility, and discover what they’re capable of.
