My Journey - From Nervous to Natural

When I was 19, I couldn’t even read out loud in class (at college). My hands shook, my heart raced, and I avoided being noticed.

Years later, I’ve spoken confidently in front of audiences of 12 to 900 people in auditoriums, boardrooms, and leadership conferences across the UK and further afield like Austria, Germany, Portugal and the US.

I didn’t “find” confidence - I built it!

Through years of leadership training, coaching and facilitation, I learned how to manage my inner critic, speak with calm clarity, and make confident decisions.
