Hi, I’m Adrian Close - multi-award-winning business owner, leadership training consultant, author and people-development fanatic.

Leadership isn’t something I studied only from a textbook. I learned it in the trenches. I started managing teams as small as 15 people, grew to manage teams of 55, and eventually oversaw 22 managers and nearly 1,000 team members.
